MaskedFriend

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

1. Who can use MaskedFriend

MaskedFriend is an 18+ service. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, or share the private information of others; not to post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or illegal content; and not to spam, scrape, or attempt to de-anonymize other users. Violations result in content removal and account suspension or ban.

3. Reporting & moderation

Every post, profile, and message can be reported. Reports are reviewed by our team. We may remove content, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that breach these terms. You can block any user; blocked users disappear from your feed and cannot message you.

4. Location

MaskedFriend uses a coarse, obfuscated location to show nearby people. We never store or display your exact coordinates — your position is snapped to a neighbourhood grid before it is saved. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Payments

Messaging is gated by a subscription paid in cryptocurrency (USDT-TRC20 or BTC). Crypto payments are irreversible; subscriptions grant a messaging quota for the paid period and do not auto-renew. We are not a custodian of your wallet and never take possession of your private keys.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of what you post. You grant MaskedFriend a limited licence to host and display your content so the service can function. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your content and personal data (see the Privacy Policy and your profile settings).

7. Disclaimers

MaskedFriend is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not conduct background checks. Always meet new people in public, tell a friend, and trust your instincts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
